John Barnes' taxing mission to Rwanda

On the surface it appears the most bizarre quote you'll ever hear from an agent about an English footballing superstar turned TV celeb: "He has one thing on his agenda. To spur Rwandan football to greater heights."

But when you realise that player is John Barnes and Rwanda is further off the Inland Revenue's radar than just about anywhere else on earth, it begins to make sense.
