No surprise to see Royal Mail's Adam Crozier having another bout with strikers

I've always believed football to be a supreme teacher of life lessons.
Take the postal dispute, with people asking 'where is the leader of the Royal Mail?' No, make that 'who is the leader of Royal Mail?'
Well as every England fan can testify, he's a North Sea oil slick who, despite knowing little about football other than the cost of an advertising campaign, appointed Sven Goran Eriksson as England coach, anointed Steve McClaren as his apprentice, called a shower of under-achieving, over-paid egomaniacs The Golden Generation, and eventually left the FA a skint laughing stock.
Any wonder Adam Crozier should go on to perform equally brilliantly at Royal Mail, managing to slash workers, post offices, deliveries, morale and profits while multiplying complaints almost in line with his soaring pay package?
