Why West Ham should compensate Leyton Orient for Olympic windfall
The Olympic torch has been passed to a pair of pornographers.
As usual, m’learned friends are on a nice little earner.
I’ve zero sympathy for Tottenham and their spin doctors.
They were happy to trample on tradition to make a quick buck. Leyton Orient are a different case entirely.
Politicians prattle on about an Olympic legacy. That won’t mean a thing unless West Ham are forced to pay the League One club compensation.
A one-off windfall tax of £20million should suffice.

He stood for unfashionable values, and will be irreplaceable.
