Why Rooney, Walcott and Cole deserve more next season

I know it's more than a month away but I've got a wish for the new football season.
I would like to see England's most-talented players allowed to express themselves, rather than being treated as glorified grafters tracking back on the flanks.
That means Wayne Rooney, Theo Walcott and Joe Cole playing in central attacking roles.
Give them the chance and they'll fly.
