Lee Croft loves sushi.. just not the fish in it!

I'm not going to go on about Lee Croft's amazing mind every week because you'll think either he or I are making this stuff up. But this week's Crofty Classics are crackers.

We were discussing the food at a club function this week when Lee told us that he loves sushi. "But I don't like the fish," he said.

After dinner Lee had the cheese board and he was particularly keen on one Italian type. We asked him: "What kind of cheese is that?" His reply? "It's Parma Ham".

So next time you're having spaghetti bolognaise, forget the Parmesan and don't forget to sprinkle a bit of Parma Ham on top...
