Why Aaron Ramsey looks to be on easy street for Wales

Arsenal's Aaron Ramsey was sensational for Wales against Scotland last Saturday. It was probably the most controlled, complete performance I've seen in a Wales shirt - after mine when we beat Italy 2-1 in October 2002, of course!

This kid has got the lot. Vision, passing, awareness, dribbling. He was like a mini Fabregas out there. And what a work ethic - at one stage in the game he closed down three consecutive Scotland players.

Aaron is a future Welsh captain and I would have loved to have played alongside him last Saturday. He could have taught me a few things.

But victory against a very poor Scottish side doesn't change how I feel about the state of Welsh football or the man at the top. After seeing what happened to George Burley afterwards I almost wish it has been us who lost 3-0!
