Eduardo should have ban doubled after Arsenal's ridiculous appeal
Arsenal are appealing UEFA’s decision to ban Eduardo for two matches but I hope their actions fail and think the striker should now have his suspension doubled.
The Gunners are furious UEFA have taken action against Eduardo diving to win a penalty against Celtic in a Champions League qualifier.
Television replays showed that the Celtic keeper Artur Boruc had not made any contact with the forward.
And Arsenal should take the punishment on the chin because I want to see diving stamped out.
I think their appeal has no chance and if it isn’t successful, the ban should be extended to four games.
