My Champ of the Week: Avram Grant
Avram is hanging on at West Ham despite all the talk last week of his departure. How long will the resolve of the Hammers' board last, though, as upcoming fixtures against Blackpool, Birmingham and West Brom could make or break West Ham's season.
My Chump of the Week: Jermaine Pennant
It could happen to anyone - forgetting that you owned a brand new Porsche and where you parked it for the past five months. Perhaps the loss of memory could be put down to him having too much money. More like it was dirty, and Jermaine had to get another one...
And finally...
I have picked up my first injury for over 18 years. I fell down after passing a ball and have sprung a couple of ribs. The pain isn’t too bad but the embarrassment is killing me!
