Andre Villas-Boas is ready to bid for whizzkids Mario Gotze and Eden Hazard.
Chelsea are big admirers of German teenager Gotze and have been encouraged after Lille forward Hazard said he wants to leave France next summer.
But the Blues will have to move quickly though, as Arsenal and Real Madrid are also eyeing the pair.
Hazard has made it clear he is not interested in moving to big-spending Paris Saint Germain, but there will still be a huge tug-of-war for his services.
"I am ready to move on and make the next step in my career at a bigger club," said the Belgian.
"I wanted to stay with Lille this term, because I still had things to prove here. I now feel ready to move to a bigger club though - I am ready to make an impact at a foreign club.
"Paris is magical and I'm definitely attracted to the city. It's not for now, though.
"I don't want to join another French team and strengthen one of Lille's rivals. That would be the wrong thing to do."
