Chelsea have had a £14million offer for Fiorentina forward Stevan Jovetic rejected, according to reports.
The Italian club is believed to want closer to £20million for the talented Montnegro striker.
Blues boss Andres Villas-Boas is weighing up making an increased bid for the player this week.
Meanwhile, Chelsea have completed the signing of Gary Cahill in a £7million transfer from Bolton Wanderers.
