The Cottagers had bids of £4m and £6m for the 22-year-old Belgian down last summer, when they snapped up his Twente team-mate Bryan Ruiz on deadline day in August.
But Jol retains an interested in the talented winger and Fulham scouts watched him score in a 5-0 win over RKC Waalwijk last Saturday.
