Carlos Tevez could be on his way to Italy in January – in a straight swap with Napoli’s Ezequiel Lavezzi.
Manchester City outcast Tevez is heading out of Manchester City after his well-publicised fall-out with Etihad chief Roberto Mancini.
And he is being lined up for a sensational switch to Serie A – with 26-year-old striker Lavezzi going in the opposite direction.
