Juventus make formal approach for Tevez (report)

Juventus are in official talks with Manchester City about buying Carlos Tevez, according to a report.
The outlaw striker, who has not played for City since September following a falling out with manager Roberto Mancini, has already been linked with AC Milan, Paris Saint-Germain and Tottenham.
However, this story claims Juve director Paved Nedved has been in direct phone contact with Mancini and that the Turin side have proposed a £21million deal.
City, the piece continues, hope to get a better fee than that, although Milan - who say they have made their final offer to the Premier League leaders - will reportedly only go as far as taking Tevez on loan, with the possibility of a £17m permanent transfer in the summer.
