Blackburn outcasts Michel Salgado and Vince Grella are wanted by Major League Soccer clubs.
Spanish veteran Salgado has been told he can leave Rovers and is in talks with Sporting Kansas City and Toronto FC.
However, the 36-year-old Real Madrid legend is settled in England and building a post-retirement career as a TV pundit.
It would need a massive deal to convince him to follow David Beckham, Thierry Henry and Robbie Keane across the Pond, and he seems set to see out the season at Blackburn.
Australian midfielder Grella, cursed by injury throughout his stay at Ewood Park, is wanted by Houston Dynamo, but he has his sights on going into coaching and may also play out his Rovers contract.
