Chelsea line up teenage defender

Chelsea are eyeing Chilean defender Igor Lichnovsky.

The 17-year-old is on the books of Santiago side Universidad de Chile, and has played for his country at youth levels.

The new comes just days after t he Blues were linked with a £2million deal for 14-year-od MK Dons midfielder Seyi Ojo .
